Nice and clean , room spacious, location is between Blackpool and Cleveleys which we needed , Breakfast was plenty and freshly cooked, and the hosts were helpful and polite within our stay, room for parking and plenty of room around the side streets , Will stay here again . - M Callaghan
This hotel suited our needs perfectly. No good if you want the fair or the tower etc. However there is a tram stop outside. Room was clean and tidy heaters provided for warmth. Bed was comfy, maybe a little dated. Hosts were lovely. - John D
