Nice place lovely people beds were comfortable and the breakfast was top, the only criticism I have is the room was very cold when we got in it, had to turn on radiator which became warm very slowly but thought well at least it will be warm when we get in later but the heating had been turned off for the night and didn’t come back on until 7.30am so we were bloody freezing, why a guest house would turn off the heating in February with guests in the rooms is a bit puzzling- Christopher Nock

Nice and clean , room spacious, location is between Blackpool and Cleveleys which we needed , Breakfast was plenty and freshly cooked, and the hosts were helpful and polite within our stay, room for parking and plenty of room around the side streets , Will stay here again . - M Callaghan
